Revelation 12:11 (ESV) 11And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony
Philippians 1:6- And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.
While the moment of our salvation can be dramatic and life changing, our testimony doesn’t end at our salvation experience.

Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves. (Philippians 2:3)
Each individual has a role and position within the church that only they can fill.
Jesus came to serve and not be served.
Mark 10:45 “For even the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
Service involves putting the other person above our own needs.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. (1 Corinthians 13:4-5)
James put it this, “For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice.” (James 3:16)
Jesus’ focus was on doing the Will of his Father.
John 6:38- “For I have come down from heaven to do the will of God who sent me, not to do my own will.”
John 15:9-13 “I have loved you even as the Father has love me. Remain in my love. When you obey my commandments, you remain in my love, just as I obey my Father’s commandments and remain in his love. I have told you these things so that you will be filled with my joy. Yes, your joy will overflow! This is my commandment: Love each other in the same way I have love you. There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.”
1. Accept God’s love.
2. Choose to Love yourself.
3. Live a life loving others.
