Screen Time:
- Social Media: The average person spends over 2 hours a day on social media, which totals up to about 5 years and 4 months over a lifetime.
- Television: On average, people watch about 4 hours of TV per day. That’s over 13 years of your life spent in front of the screen.
- Gaming: Gamers spend an average of 8 hours and 40 minutes each week playing video games, adding up to over 2.8 years

How to make the best use of our time:
1. Live with Purpose
“Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.” Ephesians 5:15-16 NIV
2. Embrace the Importance of Rest
“Then, because so many people were coming and going that they did not even have a chance to eat, he said to them, ‘Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.’” Mark 6:31 NIV
“As Jesus and his disciples were on their way, he came to a village where a woman named Martha opened her home to him. She had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord’s feet listening to what he said. But Martha was distracted by all the preparations that had to be made.
